Youth Job Connection launched in October 2015 and is designed to help youth who face challenging life situations to build better futures. The program offers pre-employment training, job opportunities, and youth mentorship.
Young people aged 15 to 29 who are not working and not in school or in training can benefit from this program.
The program also offers financial incentives to encourage employers to provide placements and to offset their expenses during the placement.
Youth Job Connection (YJC) is available at more than 130 Employment Ontario locations across the province.
